1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing time includes authenticating the gemstone, preparation of the remedy, personalized energization rituals (if applicable), and packaging.
We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations and Carriers
We provide worldwide shipping.
We use reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or reputed postal services depending on your location, product value, and package size.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination country.

Please note: These delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight of your order and your specific shipping destination.
Since pricing is objective to country, the shipping fee you see at checkout is the final price for delivery services to your country.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The customer is fully responsible for any and all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to making a purchase.
Astro Ujjawal is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
If a customer refuses to pay import duties/taxes, the package may be abandoned by the courier. In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for any refund for the product or the shipping cost.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s official website.
