1. Non-Refundable Policy

• Consulting Services: All paid astrological consultations (Basic, Standard, Premium, Urgent, etc.) are services rendered based on time, personalized analysis, and intellectual effort. Once a consultation is booked, paid for, or the reading/report is generated, the fee is strictly non-refundable.

• Products (Gemstones/Remedies): Due to the specialized nature, high value, and sanctity of certified gemstones and remedies, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Consultation Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to retain your payment credit for a future booking. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire fee.

• Consultation Cancellation by Astro Ujjawal: In the unlikely event that the consultation must be canceled by us, a full credit will be applied to your account for rescheduling, or a full refund will be processed at our discretion.

3. Pricing Discrepancies

Since pricing is objective to country, once a purchase is made at the price displayed for your location, we do not offer refunds or price matching based on prices available in other geographical regions.
